We have applied several fixes and everything is back to normal, increased loading times might occur while it stabilizes. We are monitoring the situation.

Due to some unforseen problems related to the backend infrastructure that manages order-, billing- and control panel systems, we are going to start a maintenance job tonight at 22:00 CET. Due to the possible length of the work needed, we have to start early (our regular practice is to do all maintenance during night hours).
This will not effect any of the customers service, but access and features in the control panels might be effected during this window. We expect everything to run as usual tomorrow morning at 5 AM CET.
Update: The scheduled job was partly successful, but we need to do a shorter maintenance to fix an issue related to creating services in the control panel. This is expected to take between 30-60 minutes.
